L3 Legacy Foundation exists so that a girl's financial background never decides whether she gets to compete, lead, and grow. We built a foundation where opportunity is real — and where every athlete has a hand in earning her own legacy.

Our purpose is to develop the next generation of athletes through faith, leadership, education, service, and access to opportunities — regardless of financial background.
That means a girl who can't afford cleats shouldn't have to sit out a season. A girl without a ride to a showcase shouldn't miss her shot at a scholarship. And a girl without a mentor shouldn't have to figure out recruiting, NIL, or her own leadership alone. L3 closes those gaps, one earned membership at a time.
London Jenkins
London Jenkins is more than an accomplished athlete—she is a leader, mentor, and advocate for the next generation.
Known for her unwavering mindset of “Faith Above Fear” and her commitment to staying “Locked In,” London has dedicated her platform to inspiring young people to pursue excellence with character, resilience, and purpose.
As a nationally recognized flag football athlete, London has earned numerous accomplishments throughout her athletic career, including national championships, MVP honors, national brand partnerships, and the opportunity to compete at the Division I collegiate level. While these achievements have opened doors, London believes her greatest success will be measured by the lives she impacts beyond the game.
That belief led to the creation of L3 Legacy Foundation.
Founded on the principle that every young athlete deserves access to opportunity, mentorship, and encouragement, the foundation equips youth with the confidence, leadership skills, educational resources, and support needed to succeed both on and off the field.
Through camps, mentorship, scholarships, leadership development, community service, and athlete enrichment programs, London is committed to helping young people discover that true success is built not only through athletic performance, but through integrity, service, faith, and perseverance.
Whether speaking to a classroom, mentoring an aspiring athlete, or competing on the national stage, London remains committed to one mission:
